STREET PEOPLE

This scenario is very common along Osmena Street when we're leaving Lim Ket Kai Center or Robinson's Mall. There is an intersection ahead so there is a stoplight. When the signal turns red, people will then flock the street. Some are children and some are older people. They will knock on your windshield to ask for money. It is up to you if you will give them or not. But for me, I don't. I don't tolerate this activity. They are putting their lives in danger. So when you give them some money, they will think it is okay to roam around with running cars.

What next?
